Everyday Stressors
Do you ever just feel tired from the day? You may have times where you experience jet lag coming off of a plane, wiped of energy after a car ride with the rooftop back, or completely stripped away of your energy, right after a hot shower? In this blog post, we will explore the everyday stressors that impact our body, depleting us of our energy levels and cellular regeneration. We will also address factors that we may incorporate in our daily routine to reintroduce the energy lost within our cells and our bodies.
“An electron is a stable subatomic particle with a charge of negative electricity, found in all atoms and acting as the primary carrier of electricity in solids.”
Natural Sources of Energy
A natural flow of energy can be received by walking barefoot on the earth, amongst nature with clean, fresh air, especially in areas that are low in negative energy, for example, territories with high electromagnetic smog. When there is a cell tower running through the ground, you can imagine how it disrupts the natural energy flow that our bodies need and are designed to run for an electrical charge. That is why it is imperative that we collect energy from additional sources.
“The most important benefit of negative ions is that they clear the air of airborne allergens such as pollen, mold spores, bacteria, and viruses. Negative ions perform this function by attaching themselves to positively charged particles in large numbers and negatively charging those particles.” -Troy Anderson
Cellular Stressors
Electrons govern how our bodies create electricity for energy. Just how there are forms of energy that produce electricity for our electrical devices, there is chemical energy that our body uses drawn from the reaction of atoms and molecules. We produce energy from our surroundings, the food we eat, and clean water. When you are running a hot bath that is full of toxins or if you drink a glass of unfiltered water, you are introducing toxins in the body causing cellular stress. When traveling on a plane, away from the natural resonance of the earth, in addition to the various electronics a person is surrounded by, doubles energy depletion, causing someone to feel jet-lagged by the end of the flight due to the lack of negative ions. Riding with the top back through a city around air that is polluted and abundantly filled with unhealthy positive ions also strips away our cell metabolism, rather than being in nature-rich environments like mountains and forest that is abundant in electron donors.
Pulse Centers PEMF
These unnatural occurrences -- whether or not we feel or experience them -- place our bodies in a war zone daily, reducing our electrons and decreasing cellular health. The most beautiful thing is that we can replenish our electrons and the energy that is lost with a proper diet, hydration, exercise, rest and most importantly by applying Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. PEMF is energy on demand, and a source to support and increase our natural regenerative and healing processes in the body, allowing a flood of electrons to flow throughout our system. With our current lifestyles, we are not able to get a proper dosage of energy from the earth as we should. However, PEMF works to replenish the energy lost and more, relieving the body of all the toxins and waste so our cells can have the energy and surrounding to bring in nutrients and oxygen. When you are feeling tired from the day and deprived of energy, look for ways to ground yourself, and to restore electrons, hydration, and nutrients. Be cognizant of the toxins and stressors that we deal with daily, and try to surround yourself in environments where negative ions are abundant, so that you may regain the energy stolen from the thieves among us.
